This is a simple starter dish which most of us love to eat. Paneer can be replaced with potatoes or even chicken to make a non-veg version.
Ingredients-
Paneer, onion,tomato, capsicum cut into cubes.
For marination-
1 tbsp curd
Green paste made by grinding together coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic, dessicated coconut, roasted peanuts.
Recipe-
1) Take green paste in a bowl. Then add curd, salt, red chilli powder, crushed kasuri methi, salt and mix well.
2) Now add paneer and veggies and let it marinate in refrigerator for two hours.
3) Now insert the paneer and veg cubes into skewers carefully. If you are using wooden skewers, those should be soaked in water for 20 mins.
4) Take some oil on a non stick pan and shallow fry.
Serve hot with green chutney.
