Whole wheat cookies

This is the first time I tried making cookies and it turned out to be far more better than I expected :-D
I just wanted to bake something which would be healthy for my toddler and I can give it to him without any guilt :)
Here I have used the readily available materials in kitchen which will cause no harm to kids.

Ingredients-

1) Wheat flour- 1 cup - it will make around 9 medium size cookies.
2) 1/4 cup fine sugar- I grounded sugar+ 3-4 cloves of green cardamom together.
3) 1/2 cup ghee - I have used home made ghee instead of butter
4) Crushed almond and raisins (optional)
5) Milk- 2 tsp

Recipe-

1) Preheat the oven to 180C.

2) Mix flour, sugar and ghee in a bowl.

3) Add almonds and raisins and mix well to form a dough. Use milk while forming the dough. It should be very soft.

4) Take a small ball and press it between the palms to form a cookie.

5) Grease the baking sheet. I have used ghee for greasing.

6) Place the cookies an inch apart. You can use fork to press it a bit.

7) Put it in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or till till they turn golden brown.

8) Let it cool down completely before removing from baking sheet.
