Crispy baby corn

The name of dish may sound complicated but this is the quickest version of making a nice starter or evening snack and trust me, it tastes yum!
So go ahead and prepare this tasty dish :-)




Ingredients-

1) 8-10 baby corns cut vertically and then horizontally into pieces approx of 1 inch
2) Maida- 2 tbsp
3) Corn flour- 2 tbsp
4) Salt as per taste
5) Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
6) Oil for frying

Recipe-

1) Make a batter by mixing all ingredients except baby corns.

2) Heat oil in a wok. Dip each baby corn into this batter one by one and then deep fry till it is golden brown.

3) Transfer it to absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

4) Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
