So this is another delicacy from the Bengali kitchen. And this one is only for the radish lovers. I know there are a lot of people who don't like the strong flavor of radish but on other hand there are people who just love radish like me and only when it strong and flavorful as that of the ones in winter :-)
It is eaten as a side dish in Bengali course and one the many stir fry dishes I learnt from my MIL.
Ingredients-
* 2 radishes
* Salt and turmeric- each 1tsp
* Spoonful of kalonji seeds
* 1 tbsp oil, preferably mustard oil
Recipe-
* Cut the radishes into thick pieces, apply turmeric and salt. Keep aside for 5-10 mins

I like to add a green chili as well in the tempering.
* Heat oil in a wok, add kalonji. Once it starts to splutter add green chili and then radish pieces.
* Cover the let it become soft. Then fry from other side.
* This process hardly takes 5 to 7 minutes. We are not deep frying it but just shallow frying till it becomes tender.
* Take out from the wok and mulo bhaja is ready to be served :-)
