Potato Cutlets

This one is yet another quick and easy to make snack recipe. I learnt this from my mom during my recent trip to hometown.
Prepare it for breakfast or as an evening snack or as a starter for your next party :)

Ingredients-
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp each cumin powder, coriander powder and salt
- 1 tbsp ground paste of ginger and green chillies
- 1/2 tbsp dried mango powder
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
-1/2 tbsp chilli powder
- Oil for frying

Recipe-

1) Grind 4 slices of bread in a mixer to form bread crumbs.

2) Mash together all above ingredients except oil and remaining bread slices.




3) Heat oil in a wok.

4) Make different shapes of above mixture.

5) Spread the bread crumbs in a plate and lightly roll over the raw cutlets so that they are coated with bread crumbs.




4) Put it in the hot oil and fry till golden brown.




Serve hot with green chutney :)
